Celebrate our beautiful town by the river!
On April 12 & 19, RAC artists guided 60 community members aged 5 - 65 to create unique artworks on canvas with found objects and other collage materials. The 58 artworks they created are now part of an exhibition at the Riverside Town Hall, celebrating the community and the 150th Anniversary of Riverside. This Community Exhibition is on view at Town Hall from May 12-July 30th.
Art is for everyone.
Join us for an artists reception for this “Community River” Exhibition on Sunday, May 18th from 3-6pm!
These are samples created by artist Theresa Paris. Participants chose to create their own river in the way that spoke to them with found objects or natural beauty. They are a collage that expresses who we are and what we wish for our community.
