Please note that you need to complete an online class registration for each class. Remember to enter your member discount code at checkout to receive the discounted member’s pricing! You also have the option to register for a class online and pay at the Arts Center.

Special Discounts
Members who sign up for classes will receive a 10% discount. Seniors, ages 65+, who sign up for any class will receive an extra 10% off the cost of any class. For a listing of all member benefits see the sign-up form on the last page of this brochure.

Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. RAC cannot reserve classes. All classes must be paid for at the time of registration. Please notify us if your child or if you have special needs. Children should be dressed accordingly for potentially messy classes. RAC cannot assume any liability for students’ clothing or supplies. Serious behavior difficulties can result in non-refundable termination of a student’s enrollment. Students are expected to arrive on time for classes and to be picked up punctually at the end of class. The instructor must be notified in advance, or as soon as possible, of any late arrivals, departures, or planned absences. Your cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated.

Refund Policy
Classes with low enrollment will be cancelled. If a class is canceled or if the schedule of a class is changed so that a student enrolled in that class can no longer attend, RAC will fully refund the tuition of that class. If a student withdraws from a course before it begins, tuition will be refunded minus a $15 processing fee. If a student drops a course any time between the first class and the middle class RAC will retain a $15 processing fee and half the cost of tuition. If a student withdraws from a course midway through the class, then there will be no refund of tuition. If you wish to withdraw from a course you must do so in person in the office or in writing. Not attending a class does NOT constitute an official withdrawal from a course or cancellation of tuition and fees. RAC reserves the right to charge such processing fees and adjusted tuition payments to the credit card numbers given to the office by the enrolled student. RAC also reserves the right to return tuition payments with RAC checks, even if the student paid by credit card. Tuition refund payments will be processed and mailed to the students within two weeks from the date the student notifies the office of course withdrawal. If a student wishes to cancel their registration in a one or two-day workshop they must do so ONE WEEK in advance of the class in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than seven days notice are non-refundable and the full tuition will be charged.
