The Riverside Arts
Center can design a special workshop for your school,
day care facility, senior center, arts organization,
or business. Workshops can be tailored to in-school curricula,
designed to include team building activities, or can be
arranged just for fun.

School Manager, Heather Hug, has collaborated with Queen of the Universe School in Chicago and the Riverside Arts Center for clay take-out classes! Groups of elementary school students meet every Saturday to develop artistic practices.They have been doing extraordinary work in clay.
Birthday parties here at the RAC, that Heather and others facilitate, are booming as well!! Children of many ages gather their friends, family and treats and delve into their own art experience. Everyone goes home with something they have crafted. |

This is a multi-artist, multi-media Blues music-themed
art show appearing 'right in time' for festival season...
I will have on display 3 cartoon posters (from Chicago
Jazz Magazine) and they also might be utilizing the ever-popular
wall-size Muddy Waters cartoon.
Opening is Friday 5:30 (its a brief 3-hour deal - not
like last June's extravaganza in Riverside)... then the
show is up for the month. The gallery is a block west
of York Road just across from the Metra station (south
side) in downtown Elmhurst. |
